My advice for anyone trying to get into fitness is to not give up so
easily. I know I have done it before and it makes getting back into it
so much harder. The best way to see results is to take a picture right
when you start the take another picture about a moth or longer after.
The reason people give up is they don't see results and you won't see
results by looking in the mirror. You may be surprised, but the most
important part about being fit is the diet. I am not saying working hard
in the gym isn't important, but it is extremely important to have a
good diet. Eating is so important because if you think about it how many
times are you going to go to the gym during the week. The answer is
probably going to be 6 times at most. That's not a lot compared to how
many times you eat during the week.
My last bit of advice is to
not get hung up on the mistakes you made during the week because you
most likely made more good choices than bad ones. Those mistakes should
be motivation to do better next week. I have made plenty of mistakes
especially this past week not having a car, but I know next week I have
to try that much harder and keep pushing forward. This lifestyle is not
easy, but in the long run you will be happy with the choices you made.
